                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
                   CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH DOWNS
                   ENGINEERING, INC. FOR INSPECTION ASSISTANCE
                   ON THE SOUTH CHATTANOOGA CREEK MANHOLE
                   REHABILITATION PROJECT FOR A CONSIDERATION
                   OF TEN THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of a Consulting Services Contract with Downs
       Engineering, Inc. for inspection assistance on the South
       Chattanooga Creek Manhole Rehabilitation Project for a
       consideration of $10,000.00.
